This Terms of Service (General Membership Agreement or Membership Agreement) between you (You, Member, User or Advertiser) and Buxpool.com sets out the terms of your membership. You must read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement by marking I Accept. If You do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement Buxpool.com is unwilling to allow You to become a Member.

Spam

Sending unsolicited mail to people, asking them to join Buxpool.com without any prior contact with you is not only against our policy, but it is also illegal. We have zero tolerance against spamming and if we receive just one single complaint against you for spamming, we first verify that the spam incident did occur and then we delete all current funds in your account. If you are reported as spamming for a second time, we will verify the second incident and then take the necessary steps for terminating your account.
The only emails you will receive are periodic emails with information about updates and issues with the site.

Multiple Accounts

You may only have one account. Multiple accounts with the same IP address will be considered fraudulent. No more than 1 account per person or IP address is allowed.
You should never need another account. If you have forgotten your user information all you need to do is request for it to be e-mailed to you.

False Representing

We do not tollerate anyone who uses false information to get referrals. Any suspicious activity or reports of false representing will be dealt with accordingly.
Buxpool requires that at least your first name be on your account here,so we are able to do a cross check on purchase's This is to protect Buxpool from anyone using a fraudulent paypal or alertpay account. Your information is secure and will never be shared.

Cheating

Auto-Click/Software. If you are offering or found to be promoting or using any unauthorized third party software or services used to auto-click, auto-surf, ad-alert, or circumvent or defraud Buxpool.com your account will be terminated without notice. Deletion of your account due to any of these violations results in forfeiture of all account balances. Please note legal action may also be initiated.

Inactive Accounts

If your account has been inactive for more than 60 days, your earnings will be cleared.

Member Payouts

All payments are made via AlertPay or PayPal account. You can request for payment once your account balance is $1.00 USD or more.
Payments are processed and issued within 24 hours.
Members may Cashout regardless of their membership type or country.
Please make sure that you payment information is correct. Buxpool.com will not be held responsible for negligence from the members.

Referrals

The current referral rates that members earn from their referrals is 20% for free members. Please see “Earning Rates” page for Referral rates of upgraded members.
There is no limit to the amount of members you can refer, but you only receive credit for your direct first level referrals. All direct referrals stay for the lifetime of your account.
You have to click minimum required ads daily to receive your referral earnings of that day.
You may not refer other people in your household. Only one account, email, and I.P. per customer.

Paid to Click

Please see “Earning Rates” page for Paid to Click rates of both free and upgraded members.

Paid to Promote

Terms of PTP: No Fake traffic generators, Hit Bots, or Automated visitors of any kind. If your Buxpool.com PTP link loads in a frame it must not be smaller than 50% of the viewers total browser space . Any traffic deemed by Buxpool.com to be abuse of the PTP service may result in account termination and loss of all earnings.

Advertising

The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind. The website must not contain any frame breakers. The website must be English. The website must not contain or promote any viruses. The website must not contain ANY prompts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts. The website must not exceed the 1 pop-up/under limit. The website's single pop-up/under must not open any new windows.

Purchases

Refund Policy: Fees for upgrading your membership or purchasing advertising items are generally non-refundable. Aside from this, we will work with you to solve any problems you may have.

Rights & Liabilities

We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason and without warning or notice. If we decide to give a notice, we will notify you by e-mail. If you are caught cheating in any way, your account will be deleted without notice.

By joining Buxpool.com, you agree that you shall be fully responsible for any filing of taxes that is required by your governmental authorities.

Liability: Buxpool.com will not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strike, labor dispute, work stoppage, fire, act of government, or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar, beyond our control. Buxpool.com reserves the right to restrict, alter, or modify fees, benefits, rules, regulations, special offers, membership terms and conditions or terminate services any time and without notice. Buxpool.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates and agents are not responsible for any products and services of other program participating companies or partners.

Subject to Change: This agreement can change. Although we have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members, we will send out a notice to all of our members the new terms and/or terms that have changed changed. If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us, and your account will be removed.

Errors: We cannot assure the site may or may not have exploits, Any user caught exploiting any area of Buxpool.com will result in account termination and all funds to be forfeited. Please note legal action may also be initiated.

Reserves: Buxpool.com reserves the right to modify, edit, delete or rename your account at any time with or without notice.
